Mike Steeneveld
With 29 years history of owning and renting residential property there are few people who know more about the investment property than Mike. He controls an $11 million property business with 17 rental income streams with his family trusts and companies. Mike also has founded and run other property management businesses. He takes care of accouting, tax and compliance obligations so our staff can focus on client and tenant needs.
With his extensive experience Mike backs up staff when they have novel issues to deal with. Water ingress and damage, as well as renovation advise are his speciality. He also assists Vogue PM staff in adapting to legislative changes.
Mike has been semi-retired since 2013, but he still manages some properties for long standing clients, as well as managing other businesses and investments. What Mike really likes to do is organise and manage large scale renovation projects for clients. On this page you can see the details of a recent project.
